Cuilor is a slow-made clothing and food brand derived from Shokunin-kan, a soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant that has been in business for over 30 years in a satoyama in Nagano prefecture, Japan.
The daughter of the owner of Shokunin-kan, who studied food and fashion clothing in Florence, Italy, and It was established in 2021 by two people who had been working on clothes in Japan.

CuilorはCuisine(料理)とTailor(仕立て)を掛け合わせた造語で、
Cuilor is a made-up word which crossed Cuisine (cooking) and Tailor (tailoring).
Both are made by the hand of the craftsman who takes time and effort in the concept of the same source of food and clothing to make the best use of the materials.
It is an attempt to rediscover in this day and age the value that goes against the convenience of mass production.
